Returns Policy


Dear Customer,

You may have some questions regarding what happens if you want to return your order. Below outlined are your questions answered.

How Do I Return An Item?

If your goods are deemed as faulty, we will need evidence of the faults. Upon receiving this you may either send the goods back and get a replacement or you are entitled to a refund. (shipping costs to be covered)

What If My Product Is Damaged?

If your item is damaged, again we will need evidence of the damage. And as above you can return the item (covering shipping costs) and we can replace the damaged item or you may send them back and receive a full refund.

How Long Does The Return Take?

Upon us receiving the evidence of damage or faults, we will contact the supplier immediately and we would aim to get a resolution for you within 48-72 hours. Your replacement should you wish one, will take the same lead time as the original order.
